Returns Policy

You can contact us from the moment you place the order, and you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return if you’ve changed your mind. You are responsible for sending the item back to us and covering the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or swap, including covering the return postage for faulty items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@fortressanchor.co.uk.
